iTunes - nejen obyčejný přehrávač, díl II.
V minulém článku jsme se dověděli, jak provést export knihovny, jak si vytvořit vlastní playlist a jak do něj vložit své vybrané písně. Ve druhém díle se podíváme, co to je Smart Playlist a služba Genius, které často využívám, jelikož nikdy nevím, jakou píseň si pustit.
Smart Playlist
Nejspíš jste již pochopili, že smart playlist, nebo-li chytrý playlist, je na první pohled stejný seznam písní, jako každý jiný. Má ovšem jednu speciální vlastnost. Dokáže podle Vámi zadaných kritérií vybrat písničky sám. Můžete si hudbu vybrat např. podle alba, interpreta, druhu hudby, délky hudby, ale také naposledy přehrané, nejlépe hodnocené, podle nejlepšího Bit Ratu atd.
Tento Smart Playlist vytvoříte ve File > New Smart Playlist. Po kliknutí se Vám objeví okénko, ve kterém si budete vybírat, podle čeho budete chtít řadit hudbu. Tam nechte zaškrtnuté Match the following rule a hned pod tím si rozbalte paletu možností. Zde si můžete vybrat, podle čeho si má Smart Playlist vybrat hudbu. Pokud máte ještě nějaký upřesňující filtr, poslouží Vám paleta hned vedle. Tato paleta se mění v závislosti na hlavním kritériu.
Další položkou je Limit, kam napíšete číslo, kolik písní chcete do playlistu přidat. Nemusí to být jen počet, ale také velikost písní a celkový čas písní. Vedle je položka, kde si vyberete náhodný výběr nebo například podle interpreta. Největší smysl si myslím dává náhodný výběr.
Dále máte možnost výběru pouze označených písní a Live Updating, což znamená, že se Vám při změně například nějaká píseň přidá.
Například v případě, že chcete playlist vytvořit podle bit ratu tak, aby si playlist vybral pouze hudbu s bit ratem vyšším než 128 kbps, v prvním okénku vybere Bit Rate, v dalším is greater then a v dalším okénku napíšete 128. Budeme chtít limit 100 písniček, náhodný výběr a Live Updating. Ukažme si to na obrázku.
Genius
K využívání této funkce je zapotřebí mít účet v App Storu. Genius je poměrně nová služba, kterou iTunes nabízí. Základem jsou informace o Vaší hudbě. V momentě, kdy tuto funkci zapnete, veškeré informace o Vaší hudbě iTunes odešle do Applu na analýzu a poté se data pošlou zpátky do iTunes. Ten poté vytvoří automaticky playlist podle druhu hudby. Tyto playlisty se jmenují Genius Mixes. Vytvoří Vám mixy například Pop hudby, Rock hudby, RnB hudby atd.
Zároveň budete mít také možnost vytvořit si takový mix i sami. Stačí si vybrat píseň, podle které chcete vybrat podobné písně a kliknout na ní pravým tlačítkem, vybrat Start Genius a je hotovo. Nebo můžete kliknout na logo Genius nahoře u informací o přehrávání.
Takto udělaný seznam uvidíte vlevo pod jménem Genius, hned u Genius Mixes. Po rozkliknutí Genius uvidíte vpravo nahoře 3 tlačítka. Jedno slouží pro vybrání počtu písní, které chcete vybrat. Další je pro aktualizování playlistu. Poslední je pro uložení playlistu, kdyby Vám například vyhovovalo a chtěli by jste ho zachovat tak, jaký je. Genius lze takto synchonizovat s iPodem či iPhonem a to včetně Genius Mixes.
